I am a product leader, a mentor, and a mother. For most of my career, I have been building things: products, teams, strategies, and helping other people figure out what they want to build in their own lives.

This site is where I think out loud.

I write about work and leadership because I have spent years inside both, and I still find them endlessly interesting. I write about meaning and growth because I believe that what we do for a living is only part of who we are, and that the most important work we ever do is often invisible. I write about choosing happiness because it is something I believe in deeply, not as a passive state but as an active, daily decision.

I started this site because ideas that live only in conversations eventually disappear. I wanted somewhere to put them, not for an audience, but for the same reason anyone keeps a journal: to think more clearly, and to leave something behind.
